The Internet is still a loose realm. If you’ve the motivation, you’ll have the means to do anything malicious. The very reason why people sabo another person varies. Jealousy, spite, anger, envy, infactuation …
The law is slowly but surely but catching up on these morons who stalks, hacks and just wreak havoc to individuals/websites online. Still if you cover your tracks well and most of the time these victims couldn’t just be bothered to pursue the matter and quit the Internet totally, these morons get away scot-free most of the time.
I’ve my fair share of stalkers and people trying to hack my servers. Of course I implement a certain safety guard to my websites, that’s easy to do, but stalkers … well sometimes when you have every good intention to get to know more people online or doing some online business by revealing part of yourself online, these morons instead have this notion that you’re their soulmate or idols.
They’ll start sending you personal illicit emails, chat you on MSN with eerie details conversation or wanting to meet you for one night stand.
True lar, not all Internet acquaintances are these morons, some are genuine, some even found love on cyberspace, but of course the downside of the Internet is also meeting these morons.
I’ve recently these few years have become more wary of what I reveal online and such cautious approach has served me well, no more stalkers so far but recently my blog, Friendster, MSN and MySpace account has been spammed by morons. They have returned … jeng jeng jeng
I say ignorance is bliss and I’ve been ignoring all advances but I can’t help it to blog about it just this instance, to subtly give the person the FU message here
Also I’m sorry for individuals who got stalked and I’m indirectly involved. Wah this one complicated and the morons didn’t get the idea to Fuck Off.
