It’s been a long time since I was called the above. My last reservist was like 4 years back! Since school started, I’ve been on deferment every time they sent me the reservist letter.
But this time round, the PNS side are clever, they sent it during my school holidays!! Cockanathan kanasai. There goes my holidays and my chance to earn part-time work money. I’ve to go for in-camp training 16th July to 3rd August.
Anyone going for reservist same as me? Police KINS Training Camp there, if you are, go together-gether la.
I’m not sure I’ll be a recruit or trainer during reservist. Hmm as a recruit, I can be bochap all I want but no privileges. As trainer, I got to show my ‘garangness’ but I’ve privileges. Haiz.
Can I not serve NS instead. That’s every guy wishes in Singapore infact. Total Defence my ass. One nuke is all it takes

well i think it should be once kinda thing where you serve then thats it. being recall true jeopardize one ricebowl. why also they exclude reservist to those high income bracket, coz they dun want to pay them. they can afford us commoners. i thought NS is for all, why the exclusion. haiz
