Last week i went to write an article for my TrackU website
It was about C.Kunalan. He’s the greatest dude in the world man! Believe me! I and Paul went to his house and Kunalan plus his wife was really cool to us.
Both of us went down to his place down at Wheelock Place. Spent some 4 hours plus there talking to him, flipping thru the old photo, eating lunch, juz hanging out there. His wife Chong Yoong Yin was really nice to us.
She fed us ice-cream, cakes, drinks,etc … hehe, we felt pampered there.
And yes, I’ve not typed wrongly, but Kunalan’s wife is a Chinese, if you all don’t know .. After 30plus years of marriage, we saw that they are still much in love.
To me when you like or fall in love with someone, something comes over you where you don’t see the color of their skin
My little sis finally cooked some good old home-made food. Yummy! Its a simple dish but tasty. Sardines, veggie plus mushroom, telur dadar (egg omelette) and some minced potatos!
Had my 2nd and 3rd filling with no problem. Esp loves the minced potatoes

Had my first Wings Games day the other day. Pretty fun as it was a long time since i played soccer. I played for like 2 hours non-stop and it was raining quite bad. But it was fun!
And we get to makan after that though i didn’t get or in fact most of us didn’t get to socialize much as there was clique. They should have those bonding games that forces you to get to know other people!

This week and the last I’ve been pretty busy with training or either doing my project. I guess thats how most likely I’ll be spending my holidays.

On the training front, i used to put Triple H on the pedestal and being my physique role model but now he’s just fat! Look at him now, aiyo what has become of him!

Its the time of the year, where i get all cranky and funky. In a few hours I’ll be a year older and each year I haven’t exactly become gloomier, but I have become much more cynical, haha … sigh!
Was watching ER last night and it was a sad episode. Mark Greene died of an inoperable brain tumor. He has a few weeks left to live and he tells his colleagues at the ER that it is time for him to go.
That was the saddest part … apart from the letter scene that was read by Carter. Watching that question of my own mortality in fact.
Well all thru the years as i grew older, I kinda learn the important things in life are the small kindnesses, the good moments, the fleeting companionship of those we care about …
