It’s official, I’m now a west side mat! Finally moved in today into my school hostel while my dad and sister moved into their new rental house yesterday evening.
Thanks to the best bud who helped me to shift my stuff and bro Mark for getting me the room. Actually I could have moved the day before but on two occasion when the best bud tried to borrow a car from his friend, there was some last minute ‘intervention’. So this morning, we decided to take a cab and just get my ‘relocation’ done with.
The above picture, well this is me the day before the move. I got ‘screwed’ when the car did not arrive, so I had to stay another night in the old house alone. I’ve sent my bed and some of my other stuff into the new rental house my dad and sister are staying, thus with no bed, I had to sleep on the cement floor. My body still ache now.
I must say as much as I hate packing, the unpacking part is even more tedious. Deciding where to place the item best, how should I categorize my undies in terms of colors perhaps or hooking up my PC and Internet which seems to take forever. But alas in late evening, it’s finally done!
Now it’s back focusing on the task at hand … sleeeeeeeeep!
