Wow, someone actually took the time and effort to post up Army Daze online

I love the movie!

Forget about the shoddy acting, but what binds the movie together is the story itself

Well it’s no Oscar, but I think plenty of Singaporeans can relate to the experience of their loves one or themselves going through National Service, from the dude, the girlfriend, to the family involved

I was just in my secondary school days when the movie came out.

Around 1996 I believe

Back then, the gahmen was quite adamant in their “Abolish Singlish” campaign and the movie release didn’t help in their effort, wahaha

Wah, thanks to your post, I spent 90 mins stuck on youtube watching this show … actually now that I’ve watched it, I think Army Daze is really good – with a mix of different races and a good storyline. True, that it wont win an academy awards, but I like it better than alot of local made productions that we have recently …

actually, the movie was relatively FUNNI…
but lots of crap anyway…
didn’t even prepare me MUCh when i was heading towards my NS in the army…

it was all BULL… but a whole lot of fun!!! wahahahhahahaha
