Baybeats

A friend just invited me to Baybeats (28-30 Aug) and I surprisingly said no. Urrghhh I wish I was going, but I’m swamped with work.

I’ve previously went for the 2006 edition and it was a blast. I went for other years too, but I’m not sure which one, as I didn’t log in at my blog.

What am I to do, I’ve been feeling so pent-up lately. I need to let the uncle-demons (don’t laugh) out on the dance floor (and no I don’t dance dangdut style only) … soon I promise!

Baybeats 2009 is bigger and better than you can imagine!

From 28 – 30 August (Fri – Sun), top eight newfound gems of bands which passed muster during our intense auditions will show their mettle onstage. Also back on the beat are our local music heroes as well as a great line-up of international and regional acts we all know and love.

So reach out, touch faith and rock on at Singapore’s very own alternative music festival, proudly presented by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay.
