Still it was an inconvenient for all, especially the traffic. And being an hour late into a meeting is not being professional lah. Luckily my client came half hour later than me due to the traffic pile-up himself.
A massive two-hour traffic jam occurred with the onslaught of a flash flood in Bukit Timah, causing canals to overflow and waters to rise knee-high.
