The second photo above is understandable. Sometimes we guys miss the aim and would usually hit the rim of the toilet bowl, but to totally miss the toilet bowl, you must be really in a hurry to ‘pancut’ (relieve yourself) that aiming is second-best
As for the first photo sign, I think there’s three interpretation
You might be surprised at how many people are actually doing ‘it’ in Singapore. I’ve seen couples coming out of pubs toilets to even in fact one of my friend kena caught once doing it in public toilet, haha! Padan muka. But still the thrill doing it in public, woohoo
