This is freaking cool. Google Street View Singapore is finally operational. To see it in action, go to http://google.com/maps.
Key in any address of interest. Once forwarded to that address, click on the yellow dude on the top left, and drag him to the map specific location.
You’ll then see that location in 3D! I don’t know how Google did it, the stitching of the street view images is just amazing.
The map below shows one of my favorite route when I’m out jogging, overlooking the Causeway Bridge leading to Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Try it, to see perhaps how your place looks like in 3D.
