Hari Raya Haji will be this Friday 27th November, so it will be a long weekend for some with the Public Holiday.
It will be the second last Public Holiday for the year in Singapore, Christmas being the last.
Wow time sure flies eh for 2009, for me that is.
I felt like it was just yesterday that I moved into the new place last year around this time.
Well 2010 beckons, and for one that don’t exactly do resolutions, maybe I’ll make an exception for next year, which is to date more often!.
Anyway I’ve lost my contacts with my little black dating book, I will be hard pressed for my old contact and flames, so onwards to new acquaintances.
Still the new resolve would be more of getting out often, less work, and an increase in play-time for Uncle Sha.
Life’s short, so enjoy it I reckon.
Millions of Muslims have been arriving in Mecca for the annual Hajj pilgrimage. They are taking part this year despite rain and the threat of swine flu dampening the rituals.
