Remember how the Singaporean Cheenas population was the majority.
Well now they’re fast becoming minorities similar to the Malays and Indians, ever since the influx of the foreign nationals into the work-force.
Almost half of our population now are mainly foreigners. Xenophobia, I don’t think so!
With that, at every turn I’ve difficulties in terms of communication mainly with our newly inducted ‘Singapore’ citizens. Our great leaders of the gahmen and their brilliant plan of course.

I board the bus in Yishun, and I can’t ask for directions from the Bus Captain because he doesn’t understand me.
Me: “Excuse me, where should I stop to go to ______________ Secondary School?”
Bus Captain: “I no go to school.”
Me: “… Right, thank you.”
