About a week back if you happen to read the local Malay newspaper Berita Harian paper, they had a small feature on my blog.

The article is about popular blogs amongst the Malay community and teens, and I was honored to be one of the chosen three. The blog is three years in the making, and it goes to show if you blog it ‘real’, you’ll get noticed.

I would like to thank Miss Lala for the exposure, and I give credit to Faddy for the excellent photo of me, as I truly look far worse in real.

Actually I thought of not posting this, as I don’t want to be seen as an attention whore, but I thought otherwise, as it’s better that I write an entry regarding it, as people are still asking me if it was me in the papers.

On the day of publication, I didn’t really know it was out for the world to see my bacin photo, and the surge of FaceBook requests should have tipped me off. Only after Hairol texted me in jest about the article that I know.

On the topic of FaceBook, no hard feeling right if I don’t add you in my friends list. If I don’t know you, I won’t add ya, sorry but that’s my policy.

Anyway it was too late in the day for me to purchase the paper, and I really have to thank M again for sending me the scanned article.

That’s two articles cutout in a row you sent me. Obviously the question next popping up in my head is, why would you even save articles about me? … * awkward silence ensues, sound of toad croaks, croak, croak * Still thanks babe!

I think the web print edition of it is still online.

Pakcik Sha is the Malay term for Uncle Sha by the way.
