Have you been to the new initiative government website called Reach. It encourages we the netizen to get involve in the community feedback through blogging. Yes you need to sign up at their website to use the blogging features which are free.
However I don’t think many local peeps will do sign up.
As I was found out, during registration you will need to reveal your Identity Card number, giving out demographic info such as income, qualification, etc. Hey where’s the privacy in that.
So let’s say someone however were stupid enough to sign up and stupid enough to write something controversial, I guess he’s stupid enough to get caught for dissent or defamation.
I recommend if you want to blog in all honesty with no restraint, try Blogger or WordPress for it’s liberal privacy views. They won’t disclose your identity for nuts!
