My resolve of “Be All You Can Be” is wavering as I’ve been really struggling all this while to build my ‘empire’.
Business is kinda alright for me, but still it seems my outflow exceeds my inflow for my cash flow ratio for most months now and I’m worried.
Well of course I’ve been using the various money management skills I’ve picked up or learned over the years, but sometimes it’s just hard to balance the money sheet at the end of the month, with bills, loans, savings, contributions to funds, and unexpected financial needs.
But I reckon I’m doing all right so far, as to begin with I started my career with just a PC desktop, no home, huge school loans, and lugging around with three boxes of personal stuff … but now I’ve my own bachelor pad, and new stuffs around the place I proudly bought with my own hard-earned stash.
Still it would be nice to be one of those well to do kids with an inheritance and a trust fund, without the worry of not knowing where your meal will come next, or the place you’ll be sleeping; which was the worst of my worry when I started out.
Heck I would even be content with the life of a middle-class kid.
I’ve been working hard all my life, and I’d might say harder than most, and I do really want to reap my rewards as I’ve grown pretty ‘tired’ these days. But I guess I don’t have that kind of luxury, as I’ve not attain that socio-economic heights of the well to-do … YET.
Well anyway thanks for listening, I just need a little whining for today’s entry. I’ll keep on plugging away for my trophy wife, 2.1 kids, a Benz, Sentosa Cove estate, and a country club golf membership.
Let’s live the dream eh!
I’ve not given up yet, anything is possible if I want it that bad.
I want this kind of LIFE below!
So near, yet so far
Standing on a balcony overlooking the Singapore skyline, it’s hard to forget the commercial rat race that goes on in this city. But, not for this family! Find out how the da Rozas manage to escape all the hustle and bustle, despite staying within a stone’s throw of the city centre.
The holiday home
Reading a book and sitting tippy toes by the water bank with the sea breeze in your hair – the perfect getaway. But for residents of the Sentosa Cove in Singapore, this is a daily affair. We get a slice of what life is like living by the ocean front.
A dream come true
For the da Roza family, residing in a sea-front home is nothing short of paradise, especially when they are putting up at Singapore’s most desirable address! Feel the lush and luxury, as we take a peek into their one-of-a-kind home.
The world within reach
With more than 21 nationalities putting up in this luxury estate at Sentosa Cove, it’s no wonder the da Rozas have the world at their fingertips.
A living nightmare
When dark clouds envelope Sentosa Cove, little monsters awaken to hunt for food to satisfy their sweet tooth. Well, at least during Halloween! Take a trip with RazorTV to scare up the ghouls that trudge the lanes down at the cove.
Buggy anyone?
Many Singaporeans have the perception that residing in Sentosa Cove is highly inconvenient and inaccessible. But is it?
