Want to make a wish with a passing shooting star? Well now you can with Leonid Meteor Shower happening November 17 (ang-moh date), while Singapore date is 18 Nov 2009, between 3 to 5am.

The 2009 display peaking on November 17 may produce more than 500 meteors an hour. It would be a great night for your gal to stake out East Coast perhaps or you can join the Science Centre Singapore and TASOS event at Japanese Gardens.

The Leonid Meteors are the fastest objects to impact Earth. It is a predicted great show this pending that your area has clear skies.
