I was wondering about my monthly bills.
I pay around $550 per month including Internet access in total, and I think I use a fraction of what I paid only.
I rarely use the hot shower, aku suka mandi cowboy sejuk.
I don’t like using the air-con, but the fan instead.
I do my laundry once a week only.
I don’t dine out, as I cook my own food.
Plus I prefer using candles at night … scented candles lah.
Let me do some calculations on my likely actual monthly bills, correct me if I’m wrong aite.
Let’s Calculate Shall We:
- Cost per kW: $0.2454 (Latest Jan 2009 tariffs)
- Fan: 50watts x 5 hours = $1.84 monthly
- PC including monitor: 300watts x 13 hours = $28.71 monthly
- Laundry: 2.5kW/h x once weekly for 20 minutes = $0.20 monthly
- Lights, Electric, Gas and Water: Around $30 monthly
- SingNet Broadband: $50 monthly
- Total: $110.75
Well the final tally is slightly below the average bills for a single room user.
So that makes me the cheapest single bastard in Sing-chia-pore.
Date me anyone?
