Woodlands Stadium

Well I was hoping to be back using Woodlands Stadium this January as I am currently planning my training schedule, but it seems the resurfacing completion date has been moved back.

Woodlands Stadium it seems is closed from 6th Nov 2009 to 8th Feb 2010 for the resurfacing of its running track.

I’ve trained here at Woodlands Stadium my whole life, it sure has many memories for me.

My first foray into athletics was during my secondary school back in 1995, and that sure was eventful.

A look at the old bumpy track at Woodlands Stadium. The track looks like my acne when I was in puberty. It was horrible I tell ya!

Well I can’t wait to get first dibs on the new track come this February.

Looks like I’ve to plan my training schedule around the completion date. Bummer …
